จัดกิจกรรมสาธิตและสอนอาหารไทยให้กับนักเรียนด้านอาหาร ร่วมกับ World City Links ภายใต้โครงการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์และขยายความร่วมมือ 2/2569 (ขยายความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษา ณ สหราชอาณาจักร)
วันที่ 6 – 14 ธันวาคม 2568 ศูนย์ฝึกปฏิบัติการอาหารนานาชาติ โรงเรียนการเรือน มหาวิทยาลัยสวนดุสิต เดินทางไปสหราชอาณาจักร เพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งและขยายเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านการอาหารของโรงเรียนการเรือนในระดับนานาชาติ ร่วมกับ World City Links ภายใต้โครงการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์และขยายความร่วมมือ 2/2569 (ขยายความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษา ณ สหราชอาณาจักร) โดยจัดกิจกรรมสาธิตและสอนอาหารไทยให้กับนักเรียนด้านอาหาร ณ วิทยาลัยต่าง ๆ ในเมนู ต้มข่าไก่ ลาบหมู และผัดไทย นำโดย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ว่าที่ ร้อยตรี ดร.ธนพัฒน์ แสงรุ่งเรือง อาจารย์จารึก ศรีอรุณ และนางสาวปิยาณี ชดช้อย ซึ่งได้รับการตอบรับอย่างดียิ่ง โดยคาดว่าในปี พ.ศ. 2569 จะสามารถสร้างความเข้มแข็งในเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับ WCL รวมทั้งขยายกลุ่มผู้อบรมอาหารไทยจากสหราชอาณาจักรได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง
On 6 – 14 December 2025, Suan Dusit International Culinary Training Center, under the School of Culinary Arts, Suan Dusit University traveled to the United Kingdom to strengthen and expand its international culinary networks. This mission was conducted in collaboration with World City Links (WCL) under the “Relationship Enhancement and Cooperation Expansion Project 2/2026 (Educational Cooperation Expansion in the UK).” The delegation organized Thai culinary demonstrations and workshops for local culinary students at various colleges. The featured authentic Thai dishes included: Tom Kha Gai (Chicken in Coconut Soup) Laab Moo (Spicy Minced Pork Salad) and Pad Thai (Stir-fried Rice Noodles). The delegation was led by Assistant Professor Acting Sub Lt. Dr. Thanapat Saengrungrueang , Chef Jaruek Sriaroon, and Ms. Piyanee Chodchoi. The activities received an overwhelmingly positive response. Looking ahead to 2026, the university expects to further solidify its partnership with WCL and continuously expand its reach to culinary trainees and enthusiasts within the United Kingdom
